Monday to Friday Inclusive >> $250.00/day*
Each additional day thereafter >> $100.00/day
*This price does not carry over into the weekend
4 Hour Booking >> $150.00 for the event
Each additional hour thereafter >> $50.00/hr
Weekends
Friday access to the Hall @ 1 pm through to Sunday @ 9 am >> $650.00
Saturday access to the Hall @1 pm through to Monday @ 9 am >> $650.00
Each additional day thereafter >> $100.00

To secure the booking, a minimal deposit of 1/2 the rental fee to a maximum of $200.00 of the rental fee must be paid.
The total rental fee must be paid in full prior to the event.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
In addition to the rental charges a cheque in the amount of $175.00 is required prior to the event.
After the event and the hall is inspected the cheque will be returned to the renter,
however any damages will forfeit the damage deposit and repairs over and above the damage deposit rate shall be charged directly to the renter.

COVID 19 UPDATE
All reservations must adhere to government regulations regarding the delivery of food and drink and max capacity of the hall and gazebo. Following government protocols the Leslie Beach Community Hall, Gazebo, and Kitchen must remain at a max capacity of 30 persons for any and all functions.
